ForgePlan LLC, a Texas limited liability company located at 2219 Sawdust Rd, Suite 1103, Spring, Texas 77380, with an office at Jorge Álvarez del Castillo 1078, Suite 302, Colonia Ayuntamiento, 44620 Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, prepares business plans, financial analyses and source of funds documentation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information through forgeplanbusiness.com and in the course of our services. Questions: privacy@forgeplanbusiness.com.

Information we collect
- Contact information: name, email address, phone and messaging numbers, city and country.
- Professional information if you are an attorney: firm name and business contact details.
- Project information: visa category of interest and any description you choose to share.
- Client information, when you engage us: identification documents, education and employment history, corporate records, and financial and property records needed to document the source and path of investment funds.
- Usage information: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not request sensitive personal information. If a document you provide contains it, we process it only with your express consent and only as needed for the service.
How we use it
We use personal information to respond to inquiries and schedule calls, prepare proposals, deliver our services, coordinate with your immigration attorney, invoice and keep accounting records, comply with legal obligations, and keep our website secure. With your permission, we also send guides and updates, which you can stop at any time through the unsubscribe link in each email.
How we share it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. We share it only:
- With the immigration attorney you designate, to deliver your file.
- With affiliated companies of GC Advisory Group that follow the same privacy policies, when you request related services.
- With service providers that act on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, such as email, cloud storage, website hosting, scheduling, our website assistant, translators and outside accountants.
- With law firms we introduce to you, only if you authorize it.
- With government authorities when required by law.
We operate in the United States and Mexico, so your information may be stored or processed in either country.
Your rights and choices
You may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and give you a copy.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
- Stop sending you marketing communications.
- Limit the use or disclosure of your information.
To make a request, email privacy@forgeplanbusiness.com with your name, a way to reach you and a description of your request. We may need to verify your identity. We respond within 20 days of receiving your request. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will review it within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the website and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work.
Website assistant
Our Spanish-language website offers an AI-powered assistant for general questions. Conversations are processed through a technology provider, kept for up to one year and may be reviewed by our team to improve our service. If you share your contact details through the assistant, the conversation becomes part of your inquiry. The assistant does not provide legal advice. Please do not share documents, financial details or sensitive information through it.
Retention and security
We keep client files for five years after the engagement ends, or longer if required by tax or business record-keeping laws. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after two years. We protect personal information with administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including restricted access, encrypted storage and confidentiality agreements.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We process information about a client’s minor children only when a parent or guardian provides it because it is necessary for the service.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy and will post the current version on this page with its effective date. For questions or requests, contact privacy@forgeplanbusiness.com.
If you are located in Mexico, our Aviso de Privacidad in Spanish also applies and governs the processing of your personal information under Mexican law.
